At Top Floor Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated selection. We offer returns on all eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included to maintain return eligibility.

  Ship to the Gallery

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
